Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellation, refunds and withdrawal rights work for a paid KnowYourSponsor Watchlist.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains available until the end of the paid billing period and will not renew again.
Before payment
The 30-day pilot is free, needs no card and ends without a charge. A paid subscription starts only if you choose to continue and complete Paddle's checkout. Paddle shows the total, including applicable tax, before you confirm payment.
Monthly cancellation
The Watchlist costs £49 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Use Manage billing in the customer portal to cancel. Unless the law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not refund time already used.
Refund requests
Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payments and refunds. You can ask for help through paddle.net. You can also contact me at hello@knowyoursponsor.co.uk. Please include the email used at checkout and do not send card details.
Refunds are provided where required by law and otherwise considered under Paddle's refund policy. Nothing on this page removes any statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund right that applies to you.
If the service is unavailable or wrong
Contact me promptly and explain what happened. I will investigate the service record and work with Paddle on an appropriate correction or refund where one is due.
